Louisiana Elite Cheer offers classes in Cheer Prep, Tumbling, Competitive cheerleading & Non-Competitive cheerleading. Our students also have the optional of performing during the Halftime Show during Bowl Games!

What Tumbling level is my child?

Level 1 – Introductory and basics of tumbling such as forward/backward rolls, hand stands, cartwheels, round-offs, back/front walkovers.

Level 2 – Beginning basics of standing and round-off back handsprings, series back handsprings, transitional tumbling into back handsprings.  Child must have a back walkover to progress to Level 2 class.

Level 3 – Intermediate tumbling skills including series standing back handsprings, round-off tucks, transitional tumbling into back tucks, and front punches.  Must have solid round off back handspring series to progress to Level 3 class.

Level 4 – Advanced tumbling skills including layouts, standing handspring tucks, standing tucks, whips, punch front through to layout, layout step out, or X out.  Must have solid round off back handspring tuck, series standing back handsprings to progress to Level 4 class.

Level 5 – Elite tumbling skills to include fulls, double fulls, arabians, standing handspring fulls, standing fulls.  Must have solid layout and standing tuck to progress to Level 5 class.
