Rising Stars - Non-Competition Team

The Rising Star program is an all star program that gives new athletes, who may have never cheered before, the opportunity to have a taste of Louisiana Elite Cheer's all star program. Rising Stars will start practice the week of May 16th & will work tumbling skills and basic cheer skills over the summer months.  Teams will have 1.5-hour practices weekly and will exhibition at 3 local events with the rest of the Elite all star program. Also, they have the oppurtunity to ride our float in the Sugarcane Festival Children's Parade and perform at Boo at the Zoo! The Rising Star season will last from the end of May to April but students may enroll into this class through September.

Athletes will still get the opportunity to wear uniforms, makeup, bows and get the feel of being an Elite all star.

This is a great opportunity for parents and athletes who are interested in the all star program, but are weary of the financial and time commitment that the full season requires.  In addition, athletes who plan to cheer next season, but are not currently cheering, will get experience.  The main Goal in to build confidence in these athletes and have them BELIEVING in themselves while having alot of Fun as a real cheerleader!! This team is designed for ages 4-8yrs old.
